I want to propose a theory that Daniel Riccardo will be quite close to Seb's pace when he starts with Red Bull in 2014. He's looked quite fast in the Torro Rosso the last couple of weekends relative to Jev.
So, what happens when he's winning the championship and Seb wants him dealt with?

He won't get the chance. His contract has the stipulation that "Seb is the team leader" just like Massa's and Barrichello's contracts always had, but they wouldn't admit to.
Also, Seb is the only one who gets to have traction control.
